  • Yes. Our member-only community chatroom is a dynamic space where you can discuss strategies, exchange market insights, and learn alongside fellow traders. No matter your experience level—whether you’re just starting out or are an experienced investor—you’ll discover valuable perspectives and support. During checkout, please provide your Discord ID. After becoming a member, we’ll provide all the details you need to access the chatroom.

  • To cancel your membership, follow these steps:

    1. Click on Account to view your membership details.

    2. Click on Manage Subscription.

    3. Click on Cancel Subscription to cancel your membership for the upcoming billing cycle.

    If you encounter any difficulties or prefer to cancel via email, you may send your cancellation notice to gomontrade@gmail.com.

    Some important details:

    • No Refunds for Current Cycle: Once your membership or billing cycle begins, cancellations or refunds are not permitted for that period. All charges for the current cycle are final.

    • Continued Access: You will retain access to Montrade’s services until the end of your current billing period, even after submitting a cancellation request.

    • Advance Notice Required: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 5 days before your renewal date. Requests received within 5 days of renewal will apply to the following cycle, and you will be billed for one additional period.

    • Confirmation of Cancellation: After submitting your cancellation request, please ensure you receive an acknowledgment from us. If you do not receive confirmation, follow up to verify that your cancellation has been processed.

    • Prospective Cancellations: All cancellations apply to future billing cycles and do not affect your current access or charges.
